This Refund Policy applies to direct bookings made through the Sky Cabins Ranch website and paid online by card, Apple Pay, or another payment method offered at checkout. Bookings made through Airbnb or another third-party platform follow that platform's cancellation and refund rules.
A reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and a confirmation page or confirmation email is issued. If payment fails, is declined, expires, or is cancelled before completion, the selected dates are not confirmed and may remain available to other guests.
Because each cabin is private and dates are held exclusively for the guest, direct bookings have the following cancellation terms:
Payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion differences, blockchain network fees, and third-party service charges are non-refundable where permitted by law and payment network rules.
Date changes are not guaranteed. If requested at least 7 full days before check-in, we may offer one date change at our discretion, subject to availability and any price difference. If the new dates are more expensive, the guest must pay the difference before the change is confirmed. If the new dates are cheaper, no refund or credit is guaranteed unless we agree in writing.
If Sky Cabins Ranch cannot provide the booked cabin because of a host-side issue, safety issue, serious maintenance problem, or another reason within our control, we will offer either a date change, a comparable available cabin if possible, or a full refund of the accommodation amount paid to us.
Refunds are not provided for weather, road traffic, flight delays, illness, schedule changes, visa issues, personal emergencies, guest preference changes, or failure to arrive, unless we specifically agree in writing. We recommend travel insurance for guests who need protection against unexpected changes.
No refund is due if a stay is cancelled or shortened because of guest misconduct, unsafe behavior, property damage, unauthorized parties, violation of house rules, non-payment of required charges, or refusal to follow reasonable host instructions.
Approved card or Apple Pay refunds are returned only to the original payment method used for the booking. We normally submit approved refunds within 10 business days after written approval. After we submit the refund, the guest's bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the funds on the account.
If payment was made in a different currency, the final amount received may differ because of exchange rates, bank charges, or card issuer rules. Sky Cabins Ranch is not responsible for those differences.
If crypto payment is offered and used, refunds are handled manually and only after the original payment is confirmed and matched to the reservation. Any approved crypto refund may be reduced by network fees, exchange costs, overpayment handling costs, or other direct transaction costs.

Please contact us first if there is a payment or booking problem. We will review the reservation, payment status, and this policy. Filing a chargeback or bank dispute does not cancel this Refund Policy, and we may provide the booking record, payment confirmation, check-in details, and policy terms to the payment processor or bank.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking unless a different written agreement is confirmed by Sky Cabins Ranch.
