OpenAI Plugin Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply when you use the Sky Cabins Ranch plugin in ChatGPT, Codex, or another OpenAI surface. The plugin helps users review verified public property information, compare cabins, check live dates and rates, and continue to the official SkyCabins.ge booking page.

2. No Reservation or Hold

A plugin availability result or booking link does not reserve a cabin, create a hold, or guarantee a price. A reservation is confirmed only after the official SkyCabins.ge checkout rechecks availability and price, the guest provides the required information, accepts the refund policy, completes payment successfully, and receives a reservation confirmation code.

3. Prices and Availability

The plugin uses live read-only data, but inventory and rates can change between a tool response and checkout. The amount and availability shown by the official checkout are the source of truth. Checkout is the departure date and is not counted as a booked night.

4. Secure Checkout

Do not submit card details, ID images, passwords, access codes, or payment credentials through the plugin conversation. Contact details, identity verification, refund-policy consent, and payment must be completed only on SkyCabins.ge. The plugin cannot process a payment or confirm a booking.

5. Public Information Boundary

The public plugin does not have access to guest records, private reservation details, messages, identity documents, payment records, lockbox codes, or Wi-Fi passwords. Stay-only access information is provided separately to eligible confirmed guests through official channels.

6. Accuracy and Service Availability

We work to keep public property facts, rates, and availability accurate. Temporary outages, synchronization delays, maintenance, or changes made after a response can affect the result. If a fact is important to your trip and is not confirmed by the plugin, contact Sky Cabins Ranch before booking.

7. Direct-Booking Use Only

The plugin and its tool results are provided for official direct-booking assistance. They do not grant permission to syndicate listings, redistribute inventory, resell stays, publish the cabins on an OTA or review site, scrape the service, or use the data to operate a competing booking service.

8. Booking Policies

Reservations completed through the official site are also subject to the Sky Cabins Ranch Refund Policy and the terms shown during checkout. Guests are responsible for reviewing the cabin, dates, guest count, pet choice, price, and policy before paying.

9. OpenAI Services

ChatGPT, Codex, and related OpenAI services are operated by OpenAI and are subject to OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. Sky Cabins Ranch controls only its plugin server, website, and direct-booking services.
