This Privacy Policy explains how Sky Cabins Ranch collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Sky Cabins mobile app, the Sky Cabins Ranch website, and related booking services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following information:

  • Profile information: optional guest profile details such as age range, gender, and communication preferences.
  • Booking information: selected cabin, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults, children, pets, special requests, reservation code, booking status, and payment status.
  • ID photo: if required for a reservation, you may be asked to upload an ID photo so we can verify the booking details.
  • Payment information: payment method, payment status, payment processor reference, transaction confirmation, currency, and amount. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Calendar and availability information: reserved, blocked, imported, or unavailable dates for cabins.
  • Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, browser or language settings, approximate country/region derived from connection data, and basic diagnostic logs.
  • Notification information: push notification token and notification preferences if you enable notifications.
  • Support messages: messages you send to us by form, email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-app communication.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Show accurate cabin availability and reservation details.
  • Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and reservation confirmations.
  • Prevent double-booking, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Send booking confirmations, payment updates, support replies, and service messages.
  • Send optional offers or updates only where permitted or requested.
  • Improve app reliability, performance, security, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, safety, and dispute-resolution requirements.

4. Login and Authentication

The app may support email/password login, Google sign-in, and Apple sign-in. Authentication is handled through our backend authentication provider. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Payments

Card and Apple Pay payments may be processed by Bank of Georgia or its payment partners. Crypto payments, if available, may be verified using public blockchain transaction data. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted service providers to operate the app and booking system, including:

  • Hosting and server providers.
  • Supabase or similar backend services for authentication and user data.
  • Google and Apple authentication services, when selected by the user.
  • Bank of Georgia or other payment processors.
  • Email and notification providers.
  • Airbnb calendar import/export tools for owner-side availability synchronization.
  • Analytics and diagnostic tools used to understand app performance and booking funnel behavior.

These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us or to you.

7. Analytics and App Improvement

We may collect limited analytics such as page or screen visits, booking-start events, booking-completion events, device type, approximate country, and technical performance data. We use this to improve the app and understand whether users can complete bookings successfully. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

8. Push Notifications

If you allow push notifications, we may send reservation updates, important account messages, and service notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, process payments, provide customer support, comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account management, reservations, payment records, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Booking and payment records may be retained where required for business or legal reasons. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must keep by law or for legitimate business reasons.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, server-side authentication, HTTPS, and restricted storage for private backend files. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children may be included in a reservation by an adult guest only where needed to prepare the stay.

13. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed in Georgia, the European Union, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information when it is processed outside your country.

14. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. You may also ask us to stop sending optional marketing messages. Some data may need to be retained for booking records, payment verification, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.

15. Account Deletion

To request account deletion, email skycabinsgeorgia@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account. Include "Sky Cabins account deletion" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

16. App Store Privacy Summary

For App Store privacy review, Sky Cabins may collect contact information, identifiers, user content, purchase or payment-related information, diagnostics, usage data, and optional profile information. Data is used for app functionality, reservations, payments, account management, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal data.
